Currently practicing Real Estate Agency representing Buyers and Sellers in the Residential and Land markets.  Member of the National Association of Realtors and the Las Vegas Association of Realtors.

Licensed in real estate in Nevada since January 1999 primarily specializing in land acquisition and disposition, real estate investment analysis and due diligence, risk assessment and management, authoring and negotiating contracts, managing and directing of escrow, 1031 exchanges, entitlement process and early stage land use planning and development.  Previously licensed in real estate in New Jersey and Iowa.  A Risk Reduction Graduate who has also completed several units of CCIM coursework including: Financial Analysis for Commercial and Investment Real Estate; Risk Analysis; Disposition Strategies; Comparing Leasing and Ownership Strategies.

MBA from UNLV with emphasis/elective coursework in Economics, Finance and Federal Taxation.

BA degree from University of Northern Iowa with a major in Liberal Arts and emphasis/minors in Accounting, Economics and Computer Science and also studied Music/Guitar.

Previous holder of Series 7 and Series 63 licenses/designations in the securities industry and accident, health and life insurance licenses.  Well versed at researching and interpreting economic/financial data, at both fundamental and technical investment analysis and at trading in equities and some aspects of derivatives trading – primarily equity options.

Prior professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping (mostly compilation, some financial review, no audit); asset, business and portfolio valuation(s); mortgage/loan origination and banking/brokerage; financial consulting/services; business and economic research, due diligence, analysis, and consulting; and business development, marketing and sales.

Worked on Wall Street in mid-late 80’s as a licensed private investigator by/in the States of New York and New Jersey with Fidelifacts of NYC conducting due diligence and investigative work for clients that included investment banks and brokerage firms, commodities and securities exchanges, law firms, public transportation and the nuclear power industry(s), governmental regulatory agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and private investors/investment groups.

Have resided in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1992 and currently make my home in Summerlin.  A scratch/plus handicap golfer, fitness and sports enthusiast who also enjoys writing, music/guitar, and “wandering, hiking and exploring the wilderness, backcountry and roads-less-traveled".
